Today we had to take our cat to the vet's office as an emergency, and we were so glad we could get help right away over the phone. We were able to come in within an hour and didn't have to wait long at all. The vet was incredibly kind, calm, and patient with our cat and really took her time. When you're worried, such warm and caring attention means so much. Thank you so much for the quick help and for making us feel so well cared for ❤️

5 stars from us ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ + ♥️ This isn't just a review, it's a public thank you! We had the very best experience with Ms. Pötzsch and her small animal practice, Pfotenglück (Paw Happiness). Our dog, Loui, hadn't been well for months, and there was no improvement in sight. On a recommendation, we switched to Ms. Pötzsch's small animal practice. We were thrilled after the initial consultation. Ms. Pötzsch is the kind of veterinarian you could only wish for. Completely competent and also incredibly friendly to both people and animals. Here, the animal isn't just a number in a system; she takes the time for her patients, even outside of normal business hours. Thanks to her comprehensive diagnostics, we were finally able to find out what was wrong with our Loui after months of waiting. Another advantage is the practice app, which makes booking appointments very convenient, allows for quick exchange of the animal's health data, and lets you keep diary entries about the animal's condition, which she reads promptly. We now have a longer drive from Rostock to Linstow, but it's worth it! Thank you!

We take our three dogs to her for treatment and couldn't wish for a better veterinarian. Our dogs used to be anything but fans of vet visits, but with her, they're actually happy to see her. That really speaks volumes. Two of our dogs have already had to be treated under anesthesia and received incredibly loving care afterward. You can simply tell that the animals' well-being is her top priority. She always takes plenty of time—both for the animals and for us as owners—and explains everything clearly and calmly. We feel completely at ease there.

Our mixed-breed dog Freddie had diarrhea for a few days while on vacation near Waren/Malchow. Suddenly, he barely wanted to move. He couldn't climb stairs anymore, and we couldn't even touch him. Since he had eaten something unidentifiable on the promenade, we were worried he might have swallowed a foreign object. We were able to get an appointment at short notice at the Pfotenglück small animal clinic. The vet gave us a very warm welcome and was able to quickly calm the dog—and us. After a brief examination, she quickly identified what was causing the dog pain and disproved our suspicions. Freddie apparently had a "tail catarrh" from swimming in the cold water; his right hip area was swollen. We received advice and a pain medication. Our dog was noticeably better after the first dose. Many thanks for the competent and kind treatment...and thanks from Freddie for the treats and the quick pain relief. All the best...keep up the good work. Four thumbs and four paws up from us! 😉 Best regards
