I can't confirm the criticism of the previous reviewer. Everything was discussed beforehand, and everything was reflected in the final bill. Of course, a proper diagnosis does cost money, as the true cause is never clear beforehand. This team saved my dog's life, while other veterinarians in Cologne made diagnoses without proper examinations... and my dog's condition deteriorated rapidly. It culminated in an emergency night when, thankfully, my dog ​​happened to be in Burgdorf. Everything they could do to ensure his survival! This is the first practice where I don't have to carry my dog ​​to; the team and Ms. Rechenberg have a wonderful rapport with the animal. I appreciate their conscientious approach, and I wholeheartedly recommend this practice!
