Baku (cat) and Osho (cat) would like to thank you for the wonderful all-around care they've received from day one – their initial treatment as kittens, parasite prevention, microchipping, basic vaccinations, and now their neutering. The team at the Rechenberg veterinary practice is exceptionally competent, very friendly, and truly outstanding in their handling of our two furry friends – relaxed, calm, and composed, something I've unfortunately often experienced quite differently after many years of active animal welfare work and as a pet owner. The neutering procedure itself was also excellent. Both animals were brought out fully awake and in great condition. The surgical sutures were very well done and performed according to modern standards, so there were no complications. We are so glad to have found such a competent veterinarian with such a friendly team here locally and can wholeheartedly recommend the practice, especially for cat owners. 🫶🏻

I can't confirm the criticism of the previous reviewer. Everything was discussed beforehand, and everything was reflected in the final bill. Of course, a proper diagnosis does cost money, as the true cause is never clear beforehand. This team saved my dog's life, while other veterinarians in Cologne made diagnoses without proper examinations... and my dog's condition deteriorated rapidly. It culminated in an emergency night when, thankfully, my dog ​​happened to be in Burgdorf. Everything they could do to ensure his survival! This is the first practice where I don't have to carry my dog ​​to; the team and Ms. Rechenberg have a wonderful rapport with the animal. I appreciate their conscientious approach, and I wholeheartedly recommend this practice!
