What can I say... A truly wonderful practice! The vet and her assistants are incredibly kind and friendly, and always have time for questions! My mother and her little dog, as well as us with our two rabbits, always receive excellent care! Even our young children enjoy going there, as their questions are answered and things are explained. We feel very well cared for with our animals! Therefore, I highly recommend this veterinary practice, also on behalf of my mother!
I've been a customer of Ms. Hölscher's for many years now and am very satisfied with her and her team. She always helps immediately and has a sympathetic ear, even for the owner. We feel we're in good hands. She saved my dog's life and was always available during that time! Both owner and dog feel comfortable with her.
Unfortunately, I had to take my cat Mimi to the veterinary clinic. Due to a misdiagnosis and incorrect medication, I had to go to the animal hospital in Greven two days later. Because my little one was so ill, she was immediately admitted. Sadly, the next morning I had to make the difficult decision to have her euthanized. I will never set foot in that clinic again.
Dr. Hölscher has been caring for our guinea pig group for many years! Everyone in our family takes their furry friends there, and we've never had a negative experience! Highly recommended. Sincerely,
If I could, I wouldn't give this veterinary practice any stars at all. This morning I brought my sick rabbit to the clinic, and the examination lasted less than two minutes. The vet didn't seem to care about my animal at all; she gave it an injection without even telling me what it was. I only found out at the end from the nice lady at reception, and I'm giving her that one star. The vet sent my rabbit home practically dead. I watched it for another hour or two, and then, because it was lying there half-dead, I went to a different vet. There, I was immediately told that my rabbit was hypothermic and in the dying stages. The "competent" vet I had seen before, of course, couldn't tell me that. Well, at least the other vet tried to care for my rabbit, but unfortunately, I still had to pick it up dead from the clinic today. I definitely CANNOT recommend this vet; it's all about making a quick buck. If it hadn't been an emergency this morning, I wouldn't have gone to that vet in the first place.
