I first visited the practice in June, nothing major, my Pfeffi needed to be neutered... I was truly impressed. I encountered incredibly kind and friendly staff. They took the time to answer all my questions, not at all annoyed or stressed, but genuinely friendly. The second time, I brought my rescue cat Pepsi, and I realized that the vet isn't just a vet, but truly cares about each individual animal, takes his time, and looks for solutions. During these visits as well, I noticed that everyone is always attentive and genuinely concerned. Now I've come with my Prince, who also needed to be neutered, and here again I have to say that there's an absolutely competent and friendly team... Even though I had Pfeffi neutered just six months ago, and the team was struggling with some technical office issues that morning when I arrived with Prince (typical Monday 🤣), they still took the time to explain everything to me again in a friendly and professional manner, and I always felt well cared for with my furry friends. ... See you again soon! You haven't met the whole chaotic bunch yet, that needs to change 🤣🤣 Thanks from Franzi (the owner) with Pfeffi and Prinz, and Pepsi 🌫️
Actually 0 stars!!! NEVER AGAIN!! We took our dog (Yorkshire Terrier mix) there because he was completely different, limping, shaking, and shaky. He just took a quick look at him and said it was his knees, which is almost always the case with small breeds. He was given painkillers and a business card so that we could have his knee operated on as quickly as possible. No blood test, nothing. He was getting worse and worse. So I got a second opinion. She immediately did a blood test and it turned out he had toxoplasmosis and we needed to start him on antibiotics straight away. If he had listened to me and taken everything into account and done a blood test, my dog would have been doing much better instead of worse. Instead of just saying, "It's normal for little ones," he could suffer permanent damage because it was discovered so late.
I brought my French Bulldog, Luna, here. She had an eye injury after a fight with another dog. The team was incredibly friendly, and I was seen immediately, after calling ahead, of course. The vet was very kind and highly knowledgeable. I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice!
We almost had our cat euthanized based on his diagnosis/recommendation! It wasn't the first misdiagnosis, except that a few months ago it was "only" about the cat's ears and wasn't a matter of life and death! After getting a second opinion and immediate treatment from another vet, she's doing great again! I wonder how many other animals were euthanized at Dr. Heinrich's practice that could have been saved! Get a second opinion urgently!
