"I took my dog ​​to this veterinary practice for an extended period due to recurring issues such as coughing, stomach problems, and diarrhea. During our visits, I got the impression that the symptoms were considered rather harmless. Although various tests were performed, I was repeatedly assured that it was nothing serious and that she probably just had stomach pains. Since her condition didn't really improve, I eventually went to another veterinarian. There, an X-ray was taken immediately, and her heart was examined. It turned out that my dog ​​had advanced metastases and a severely strained heart. Due to these serious findings, I unfortunately had to have her euthanized. Looking back, I was very upset that this possibility was never mentioned at the first practice. The suggestion of dementia, which was explained to me at the time based on blood test results, also unsettled me, as I would have expected that a neurological examination would be recommended if necessary. This is my personal experience and my subjective impression. I don't want to harm anyone, but simply describe how I felt about the first practice." I experienced a situation.”
