Dr. Münster is an excellent and unparalleled veterinarian who, with holistic medicine and a calm approach, managed to save my dog's life. She was the one who believed in my dog ​​three years ago, while other vets gave her only a few months to live – her work goes far beyond conventional veterinary medicine! From the moment we entered her practice, we felt welcome and, above all, understood. She took the time to listen to me and understand my dog's needs, not just as a patient, but as a beloved member of the family. The care and attention my dog ​​and I received at her practice is truly exceptional! She always takes the time to answer my questions and discuss all my concerns. Dr. Münster is always available by phone for urgent matters and also checks in on my dog's well-being after treatment. Her professional expertise is undoubtedly impressive, but what truly sets her apart from other veterinarians is her empathy for both dogs and their owners! ... We feel very well cared for and in good hands with Ms. Münster and our two dogs. She takes her time with each patient, is empathetic towards both people and animals, and has a great rapport with our dogs' different personalities. Today was our first visit to Dr. Münster's practice. The atmosphere in the practice is very pleasant and calm, ideal for my little puppy to get to know the vet in a relaxed setting. The vaccinations and microchipping went so smoothly, and afterwards I was able to ask questions about feeding, development, and other possible treatment options at the practice. I particularly like the homeopathic approach, as I generally prefer gentle therapies for dogs. There was plenty of time for everything today, so my puppy and I are happy to come back for the next appointment. It's wonderful that there's still a practice where everything is just right from start to finish! 🤗 I highly recommend Dr. Münster.
