Ms. Lemm was incredibly supportive when we had to have our 15-year-old cat Josy put to sleep almost a week ago. Ms. Lemm calmly explained each step and gave us plenty of time to come to terms with the situation. I have never experienced such an empathetic and loving veterinarian. We are incredibly grateful for the compassionate and loving support we received during a difficult time in our lives. The euthanasia of our dog at home was discussed with us very carefully, calmly, and transparently from the very beginning. We always felt understood and taken seriously, both in our grief and in our questions and fears. Our dog was able to pass away peacefully, without stress, and in familiar surroundings.
