Dr. Kuntze-Hoof is a very empathetic veterinarian. She vaccinated our cats, which used to always involve scratching and great resistance from the cats. This time, it was no problem at all. One of our cats was very ill and had to be euthanized. This was able to be done at our home in the living room, without any additional stress for the animal. Dr. Kuntze-Hoof was very sensitive and loving. An assistant also accompanies the examinations; she was also wonderful with all our animals and very kind. We are very grateful that the mobile small animal practice exists!
Our dog was usually quite terrified of veterinarians. That wasn't the case here at all. She was treated with dignity and calmly, and then euthanized the following day. Thank you so much for the expert care.
