I can wholeheartedly recommend Ms. Sydow. Unfortunately, we didn't have her as our cat's vet for long, as she had to be put down shortly after we first met. Ms. Sydow was always very empathetic and gentle, and my cat didn't experience the usual panic during her home visits that he had developed during his last appointments at our regular veterinary clinic. We felt comfortable and well cared for, and Ms. Sydow was also very supportive on the day we had to say goodbye to our cat. Thank you so much!

I've been taking my older cat to Ms. Sydow for several years now and am very satisfied. Ms. Sydow takes her time and provides competent (and judicious) assistance. She's very good with the animals; my cat, for example, is very shy, and Ms. Sydow handles her so calmly that she cooperates well with everything.

Unfortunately, this is a real shame. Based on the good reviews, I had hoped this was a reliable and empathetic veterinarian. Sadly, there was absolutely no way to contact them, and my request for a callback went unanswered. My cat has an abscess – I waited two days in vain, and now it's even worse. This was completely unnecessary, and they could have at least informed me that they were fully booked or mentioned it in the automated message. Then I could have gotten an appointment with a competitor sooner. This isn't about a haircut; it's about living beings who are suffering! Fail!

It was with heavy hearts that we had to say goodbye to our beloved cat today. Thanks to Dr. Sydow, he was spared the very stressful trip to the veterinary clinic. We found Dr. Sydow to be extremely pleasant and empathetic in her handling of our cat. After carefully examining him one last time and reviewing the blood test results, she calmly, quickly, and painlessly euthanized him. We are deeply grateful for her compassionate support during this difficult time.
