In a situation where, sadly, no further medical help was available for Lotte, our greatest wish was to spare her the stress. The fact that the treatment and ultimately the farewell could take place at home in her familiar surroundings was an immeasurable comfort to us all. What particularly moved us: Empathy: The way Lotte was treated was characterized by a calm and gentleness that was immediately apparent. You can tell that not only professional competence, but also a great deal of heart and genuine compassion were involved. Time & Peace: There was absolutely no time pressure. We had the space to say goodbye in peace, while Lotte's needs were met with the utmost respect. Thanks to the home visit, Lotte was spared any fear. She was able to fall asleep in her familiar comfort. Even though the reason was incredibly sad, we couldn't have wished for better support.
