Unfortunately, I haven't been here yet, simply because I didn't know they existed! I'm still giving them five stars, if only for the fact that they make house calls! For us, going to the vet is a really stressful ordeal. We've tried everything, but our cat is always completely exhausted, and we're tormented by her screaming, as if her life depended on it. A heartfelt recommendation in difficult times ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We would like to express our sincere gratitude for the incredibly dignified and compassionate care that our cat Lotte and we received. In a situation where, sadly, no further medical help was available for Lotte, our greatest wish was to spare her the stress. The fact that the treatment and ultimately the farewell could take place at home in her familiar surroundings was an immeasurable comfort to us all. What particularly moved us: Empathy: The way Lotte was treated was characterized by a calm and gentleness that was immediately apparent. You can tell that not only professional competence, but also a great deal of heart and genuine compassion were involved. Time & Peace: There was absolutely no time pressure. We had the space to say goodbye in peace, while Lotte's needs were met with the utmost respect. Thanks to the home visit, Lotte was spared any fear. She was able to fall asleep in her familiar comfort. Even though the reason was incredibly sad, we couldn't have wished for better support.
