Now I'm writing a post, something extremely special for me; I usually refrain from making public posts! But!!!!!! I absolutely want to leave here, for everyone to read at any time, how much good Dr. Nikola Vorwerk, her wonderful new doctor Alina Court, and the entire team have done for me and, above all, my horse. My thoroughbred mare is now 28 years old. Out of the blue, she developed stress colic, which was cured within a few days thanks to Nikola Vorwerk's super-fast intervention. She also diagnosed Cushing's syndrome and thus ensured that my mare, after a few adjustments and adjustments, continues to lead a happy horse life. A few days ago, again at night, she suddenly became extremely ill. Nikola Vorwerk was immediately on the phone and told her to get dressed and come over. Despite all my concern for my mare, I was still happy that Nikola Vorwerk came out after midnight. She immediately checked what was wrong with my old lady and gave her medication, an injection, and instructed me on what to do. I was so nervous that I called again after she left to ask something. Even on the phone, she was super nice, understanding, and gave me the information I needed! Ms. Vorwerk or anyone on her team never said anything like, "Well, she's getting old!" No, the animal and its health, along with the concerned owner, are the priority here! Today my mare was feeling significantly better and trotted across the meadow to taste the young grass... I owe it to you and your team that my dear senior mare is doing so well. A long text, but it comes from the heart ♥️ and is my public thanks for your hard work and your always-ready listening ear! The bill will come after Easter... It's sure to be tough... but unfortunately, our beloved ones have problems either at night or on the weekend, and luckily for the person who can call Ms. Vorwerk or the super-nice and empathetic Alina Court. So far, I'm really very satisfied. Everything is explained in detail, even several times if necessary. With other vets, I often felt like I wasn't being taken seriously. That's not the case with Nikola! Even the most skeptical horses are very easy for her to treat. I'm really very happy.

A truly fantastic practice team! They always have an appointment available, are reachable, absolutely reliable, and incredibly competent. Both veterinarians, Nikola Vorwerk and Alina Court, were able to help me and my Shetland pony with all sorts of ailments, explained things clearly, and were always super friendly (as was the lovely lady on the phone :)). Ms. Vorwerk was even able to admit when she'd reached the limits of her expertise and referred me to specialists, but still managed to find THE solution herself. This is the first equine practice I've trusted as a horse owner, and I'm so sad to have to switch due to my move.

Ms. Court was with me when my old Rishi fell and couldn't get up. It was a holiday, evening, and we're not clients. Our usual vet was quite far away and would have taken a long time to get here. Our second vet was on vacation. I'm so grateful that Ms. Court came to put my old boy to sleep. You always think everything is well prepared for such a situation, but life teaches you otherwise. She was calm and very considerate, helping him through those last few minutes. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.

Dr. Vorwerck and her colleague performed a pre-purchase exam for me today. Since this was my first time buying a horse, and I'm not from the area, I had to rely completely on Dr. Vorwerck. The examination was very calm and efficient, and I felt very secure from the start. Unfortunately, two issues were found. Not ideal for me as the prospective buyer, but that's what a pre-purchase exam is for. Sadly, the sellers were very angry and behaved terribly towards Dr. Vorwerck, her colleague, and me. Despite this, she remained completely professional, gave me sound advice, and I'm simply glad she was there today. She's the kind of veterinarian you want by your side on days like these.
