Julia advised us remotely and helped us so much with our Rufus. Not only with finding the diagnosis, but also with the treatment. Every animal and every owner can only be grateful to have her by their side. Our Rufus can now spend his last days with us in Cyprus, and we are thankful for every day with him.

WOW. The best decision for my "Paul" and for me. Ms. Bäsler has an incredibly positive presence and truly focuses on "my best friend." He loved her from the very first moment. (This is also due to his familiar surroundings and his joy at having visitors.) Despite the blood draw (not exactly pleasant), he was overjoyed at the second visit. Paul was back to his old self in no time (his thyroid was perfectly regulated now). We (Paul and I) have complete trust in her, and she treats each patient individually. She also provides excellent advice, the kind many people wish they had from their own family doctor. (Luckily, I have such a doctor too 😅) A huge thank you! We think she's fantastic! 👍

A highly competent veterinarian with a holistic approach – absolutely recommended! Our dog was licking his belly raw. After several unsuccessful courses of cortisone, I contacted Ms. Bäsler and described our dog's suffering. Her alternative medicine approaches finally provided our pet with the relief we so desperately needed. She takes an exceptional amount of time for a comprehensive medical history and considers the animal not only symptomatically, but holistically, also taking into account the relationship between humans and animals. I was particularly impressed by her keen intuition and her calm, empathetic manner – both with the animal and with us owners. Without cortisone and without any side effects or stress for our Kromfohrländer, the licking problem was resolved. Today, fur is even growing back on his previously bare belly. ...
