We had to take our Jack Russell to Dr. Schrepf's emergency vet clinic because of diarrhea and vomiting. We got an appointment very quickly, on the same day. From the very first minute, I felt I was in very good hands. The doctor and her assistant were incredibly empathetic and very attentive to my dog's well-being. Every examination and the resulting diagnosis were explained to me in detail. She gave me lots of tips for further treatment over the next few days. Hi, here's a positive review from me 😜 About six months ago, I needed the help of Ms. Schrepf's emergency service. My little stray cat, Bärbel, had an intestinal obstruction. As a result, she had emergency surgery on a Saturday evening. She was treated very well, and the surgery was successful! Even the follow-up phone support was no problem! 😁 The bill was reasonable considering the difficult and lengthy surgery. Thank you for saving my little Bärbel ❤️ Keep up the great work! 😸

For us, this is the best emergency veterinary practice. The animals are cared for calmly, lovingly, and with great competence. Dr. Schrepf's approach is wonderful and a real blessing for all pet owners. Mr. Schrepf is simply the best and kindest assistant there is. A wake-up massage for the dog, goat tripe, lots of positive energy—just the right amount. It's a shame it's only an emergency practice, but thankfully it exists.

Making an appointment was quick and easy. We were able to bring our cat, "Krümel," in promptly. The team took plenty of time to examine him. You can tell they work with passion. Everything was explained to me very well and clearly. The often-criticized emergency fee? So what? After all, it's about a beloved family member, and we knew about it beforehand. In short: Great practice, great people.

I got an appointment spontaneously, which I thought was great. Of course, the costs are always a bit of a concern due to the emergency service, but if you love your pet, you just do it. The treatment was very professional, and the entire team was friendly. All my questions were answered calmly, and after just two hours, my cat's condition had noticeably improved thanks to the correct treatment...exactly as the vet had predicted.
