We had to take our Jack Russell to Dr. Schrepf's emergency vet clinic because of diarrhea and vomiting. We got an appointment very quickly, on the same day. From the very first minute, I felt I was in very good hands. The doctor and her assistant were incredibly empathetic and very attentive to my dog's well-being. Every examination and the resulting diagnosis were explained to me in detail. She gave me lots of tips for further treatment over the next few days. Dr. Schrepf even called me the next day to check on my dog. I would like to thank them both again most sincerely. Best regards, Lenny and his owner
Both Dr. Schrepf and her colleague were very kind and approachable to my cat and me. They were both very empathetic and helped alleviate my anxiety about vet visits, which is naturally much more pronounced in the context of unforeseen emergencies. They both took plenty of time to explain the diagnosis, possible causes, and further treatment in detail. Furthermore, I was informed about the emergency fee beforehand over the phone, something I've never experienced at any other practice before treatment, and it was very transparent. I would like to thank them again most sincerely on behalf of my cat!
My Holly had a skin attack and I'm so glad the veterinary practice helped me. They were very friendly and helpful. Ms. Schrepf was a lovely woman who gave me good advice and helped Holly. Because you never know what might happen—it could have even led to an intestinal blockage. I can highly recommend this practice ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Making an appointment was quick and easy. We were able to bring our cat, "Krümel," in promptly. The team took plenty of time to examine him. You can tell they work with passion. Everything was explained to me very well and clearly. The often-criticized emergency fee? So what? After all, it's about a beloved family member, and we knew about it beforehand. In short: Great practice, great people.
Hi, here's a positive review from me 😜 About six months ago, I needed the help of Ms. Schrepf's emergency service. My little stray cat, Bärbel, had an intestinal obstruction. As a result, she had emergency surgery on a Saturday evening. She was treated very well, and the surgery was successful! Even the follow-up phone support was no problem! 😁 The bill was reasonable considering the difficult and lengthy surgery. Thank you for saving my little Bärbel ❤️ Keep up the great work! 😸
