No bedside manner. Rude & dismissive. ALL vets are meant to do a thorough check of dog before treating. Ears, eyes, teeth, nose, heart rate, weight them etc. The vet immediately checked her ears, said she had an infection & put drops in without communication & didn’t even ask me why i’d brought her in. He didn’t bother looking at the rest of her until I explained my reason for bringing her in. He gave me medicine & no advice on treating it. I did not think she had an ear infection so have just got a second opinion & she does not. I believe Moller Peter vets want to do their job as quickly as possible without due care & attention to see maximum patients to get maximum €€€. Would NEVER come here again & would recommend you don’t either.
We've been taking our dog Milo to this veterinary practice for almost a year now and are very satisfied. The practice team is very friendly and takes excellent care of the patients. The vet also takes his time and explains everything very patiently and, most importantly, clearly, which I really appreciate. We will continue to go there, as our French Bulldog Milo feels very comfortable there.
A very nice veterinarian and a friendly team. I think it's great that you can just drop by without an appointment.
Most importantly for us, and sadly a rarity: a vet who truly only does what's absolutely necessary and doesn't subject the animal to unnecessary medications or treatments that incur exorbitant costs and are completely unnecessary. Unfortunately, we experienced all of that with our old vet. Our dog was repeatedly cut open, costing hundreds of euros. It never got better and kept becoming infected and filled with pus. Dr. Möller performed a minor local treatment, and after that, we only had to go back for one follow-up appointment, and then never again. At least not for that stupid wound. He is very courteous and friendly, and his assistants are all always cheerful and very nice!
A very relaxed and experienced veterinarian who is also available outside of regular office hours. All necessary advice is given without unnecessary fuss. The vet and the assistants are friendly. I highly recommend this veterinary practice. We have been taking our pets there for many, many years and feel very well cared for.
