I'm so glad I found such a great practice. The medical assistants are very friendly; if you have any questions, they try their best to answer them. They always have a smile on their faces, no matter how stressful it is. The doctor takes his time with my dog, my questions, and me. I go there and leave with a clear conscience.

Friendly, competent, and very loving with my cat! No complicated appointments – I called and was able to come in immediately! (Anyone who knows cats knows: if the cat goes into the carrier voluntarily, it's urgent!) No long waiting times – a great veterinary practice, the kind that are rare these days!

A very relaxed and experienced veterinarian who is also available outside of regular office hours. All necessary advice is given without unnecessary fuss. The vet and the assistants are friendly. I highly recommend this veterinary practice. We have been taking our pets there for many, many years and feel very well cared for.

Most importantly for us, and sadly a rarity: a vet who truly only does what's absolutely necessary and doesn't subject the animal to unnecessary medications or treatments that incur exorbitant costs and are completely unnecessary. Unfortunately, we experienced all of that with our old vet. Our dog was repeatedly cut open, costing hundreds of euros. It never got better and kept becoming infected and filled with pus. Dr. Möller performed a minor local treatment, and after that, we only had to go back for one follow-up appointment, and then never again. At least not for that stupid wound. He is very courteous and friendly, and his assistants are all always cheerful and very nice!
