The entire team works with such calm, friendliness, and genuine dedication that you immediately realize: the animals' well-being is their top priority. The assistant, Ms. Hekim, was incredibly attentive, warm, and empathetic. She took plenty of time and treated our dog with such loving care, as if he were her own. The veterinarian, Dr. Diefenbach, was very kind, competent, and explained everything clearly. These days, it's rare to find a practice where expertise and compassion blend so perfectly. An incredibly amazing veterinarian, and Ms. Hekim is a wonderful assistant! After several other vets unfortunately couldn't really help us, we finally received the help our dog desperately needed here. Thanks to her quick response, her experience, and her loving care, our dog received the best possible care – she most likely even saved her life.
