Ms. Büttner is a highly competent and friendly veterinarian with extensive expertise and excellent rapport with horses. My 22-year-old mare had to have all her incisors extracted due to a dental condition (EOTRH). The anesthesia was well-balanced and very well tolerated, and my mare's recovery was also very short. A comprehensive pre-operative examination was performed. In short: I can wholeheartedly recommend Ms. Büttner and am very grateful that she was available for my mare quickly and without any complications. Billing is based on the official veterinary fee schedule, which prioritizes quality. This is very important to me personally, because you can't expect good work and service at a discount price, and animals, especially horses, are a luxury. These days, it's certainly advisable to insure your animals, as continuing education also needs to be compensated. When it comes to animal health, I don't compromise, and Ms. Büttner's price-performance ratio is excellent and fair. That's how it should be.
