Dr. Krauß is such a compassionate, kind, and honest veterinarian. She came to our home to relieve our Lukas of a serious illness. After a thorough examination and a very kind conversation, she helped Lukas cross the Rainbow Bridge. We can't thank her enough. Thomas, Ulrike & Lauri
Dr. Krauß has supported us with her expertise in a very empathetic and straightforward manner over the past few months. She enabled our beloved Jaco to have a dignified and peaceful farewell. For this, we would like to thank her from the bottom of our hearts.
Dr. Krauß brings empathy and openness, commitment, passion and competence to the horse stable (of course she also has syringes, medications, an X-ray machine and a dental rasp in the trunk :-) ), what more could a horse owner want?!
We've been going to Dr. Krauß for three years and couldn't wish for better care for our horse. She has outstanding expertise, always approaches the animals calmly and patiently, and is always there immediately in emergencies. Her honest and empathetic nature inspires trust – simply a wonderful veterinarian!
I called Ms. Krauß almost three years ago to arrange for my dog to be euthanized at home, as I'd only heard good things about her. However, she wasn't available that weekend. Now, unfortunately, it was time again with my wolfhound due to heart failure. Ms. Krauß supported me for two weeks, answering all my questions and addressing my uncertainties about when the right time would be. Even when the cardiologist was unreachable after a puncture and complications, I was still able to contact Ms. Krauß in the evenings after work, for which I am very grateful. When the day of euthanasia arrived, she rescheduled appointments to come to me, as we were planning to go to Anubis Pet Crematorium afterward. She took the time to answer my questions and ensured that my Shadow passed away peacefully. I myself am a bereavement counselor and have worked as a veterinary assistant and dog trainer, but when it comes to my own pet, I feel just as uncertain as almost any other pet owner. I have personally and professionally accompanied several animals over the Rainbow Bridge and am glad that there are veterinarians who come to your home, so that you can spare the animals the trip to the animal hospital or practice!
