A super nice and, above all, highly dedicated veterinarian. She's always punctual and tries to help quickly and efficiently. She helped my horse once with an acute eye infection and also with a really acute case of mud fever; the treatment worked wonderfully for both. Highly recommended.

Ms. Heckel treated my mare last year, and I was very satisfied. Finally, there's a veterinarian in the Vogtland region who can do x-rays on-site. I always received excellent advice, and her friendly manner and handling of the horses are outstanding. During an emergency one evening (choke, which we were ultimately able to resolve ourselves), she was the only one of five vets who would have come out.

A vet with a truly big heart. She cared for me and my horse, who had a severe case of cellulitis, over the weekend. And she did this even though we weren't clients. Unfortunately, my own vet couldn't make it. She was the only one who helped on the phone, offered to pick up medication, and was at the stable as soon as possible. Thank you so much again!
