...actually 10 stars!!! I'm the owner of a really, really difficult mule. The way this vet sedated the mule (blowgun) and how calmly and lovingly he handled the sedated animal was simply fantastic!!! This vet knows exactly what he's doing, every move is perfect. And he's so nice too!!! Simply amazing!!
One star is still too much for this incredibly unfriendly person. If you're on vacation, you shouldn't answer the phone if you don't want to be asked questions, or at least phrase it politely.
