We owe it to Dani that our horse is rideable again – and has been for five years now! After a tendon injury and surgery, and over two years of recurring lameness, we ended up with Dani Frühauf and Stefan Stammer. We brought our lame horse to Dani for eight weeks of inpatient care. After treatment by Stefan Stammer and an initial period of exclusively treadmill training, the horse was sound! This was followed by double lungeing, riding by Dani, and lessons. Since then, we have regularly gone to Bertleinsbrücke for training. The horse now moves functionally correctly and has never been lame again! Of course, you have to internalize the concept and continue it at home for lasting success. The horse was very well accommodated in a very large paddock box with high-quality, dust-free hay ad libitum and several hours of turnout. The horse was exceptionally well cared for during its stay!
A heartfelt recommendation! It was only thanks to Daniela that we managed to break a ten-month vicious cycle. My gelding had been exhibiting recurring lameness, and despite veterinary treatment, the symptoms unfortunately didn't improve. An acquaintance then recommended Daniela to me, and I ultimately sent my gelding to her for three months of rehabilitation. Since the rehabilitation, things have finally been looking up, and even after his inpatient stay, Daniela continues to support us, allowing me to maintain his functionally correct rehabilitation. From the very beginning, Daniela actively involved me in the training, including treadmill work, lungeing with a cavesson and double lunge line, and riding lessons, enabling me to continue the training at home in the same way. Daniela also had ideas about feeding him, showing me how I could support his overall well-being. During his time with Daniela, my gelding was housed in a lovely paddock box with free access to hay and regular turnout in the pasture. During his time with Daniela, my gelding was accommodated in a beautiful paddock box with free access to hay and regular turnout in the pasture. Only thanks to Daniela were I able to break a ten-month vicious cycle. ... I already know that Wall-E will spend my next vacation with Daniela, as I know he'll be in excellent hands and receive consistent training. Thank you, Daniela, for your empathy, patience, and ongoing support!
I had our gelding, Karli, with Daniela Frühauf for 10 days while I was on vacation. Everything went perfectly smoothly. Daniela worked my Karli thoroughly for 10 days with her loving manner and expertise, so I was able to continue working him right after our vacation. And what can I say? Karl, at 19 years old, is moving like clockwork. It just goes to show that when you work horses properly, you reap the benefits in the long run. Even after just 10 days, I've noticed a significant improvement in his gait. Thank you, Daniela, for your work and for taking such good care of Karli.
A "new" horse thanks to functional correction. I had my 6-year-old gelding cared for at a rehabilitation center for two weeks while I was on vacation. He also received osteopathic treatment there. I'm thrilled because I feel like I got a completely new horse back. What's particularly impressive for me is: Improved power flow: Where the movement used to "get stuck in the front," the momentum now flows freely through his entire body. His forehand and hindquarters finally work together as a functional unit. You can clearly feel this when riding. Mental balance: He's also made tremendous progress mentally. He used to get overwhelmed and stressed quickly in the arena with other horses. Now he's much calmer and more focused. He's still got his cheeky personality, but he's now more relaxed and easier to handle. Conclusion: If you value horse-friendly training and the correction of movement patterns, this is the perfect place. Thank you for allowing me to go on vacation with peace of mind. A huge plus: I even got a much better trained horse back. :)
When Malikh arrived at the Bertleinsbrücke rehabilitation clinic, I honestly didn't know what our future together would hold. It was my last hope of ever turning Malikh into a riding horse. Today I know that the decision to bring him to Daniela was one of the most important I've ever made. Daniela not only possesses enormous expertise, but also a special intuition for horses. She doesn't just observe what a horse does, but tries to understand why it does it. Unlike many "horse experts" before her, she very quickly saw the real reason for our problems. Malikh isn't an easy horse and brings his own unique challenges. In the months he spent with Daniela, he developed incredibly. What impressed me most was that she never lost sight of the horse. The focus wasn't on human expectations, but on the horse itself. She was just as understanding of me. After everything that had happened, I was incredibly insecure and afraid. Daniela never judged me for it, but instead supported me with great patience, understanding, and honesty. She not only helped Malikh, but also restored the trust I had lost. I am deeply grateful for everything she has done for us.
