We took our Yorkshire Terrier to the vet after a bicycle accident. (We were the ones cycling, not the Yorkshire Terrier.) We had to use the emergency service on Sunday. Scheduling an appointment via WhatsApp was excellent, and we were seen right on time. The vet was very caring and thankfully able to help our Penny. At the end, she even gave us a helpful tip on how injuries heal in humans. We found the price, even for the Sunday service, to be quite reasonable.
A highly competent and kind veterinarian and her assistant are both empathetic and caring towards both owners and their pets. We felt very well looked after, and she took plenty of time for us. During our two emergencies, Dr. Briem-Feichtner was there for us immediately and supported and guided us through the difficult decision. A veterinarian who truly cares for animals. ♥️ THANK YOU SO MUCH
Veterinarians with a heart ❤️ and a passion for animals, they help us a lot with our animal welfare association on a voluntary basis. Generally very knowledgeable, friendly, quick appointments, and you can even walk in without an appointment. Fair price-performance ratio.
