Dr. Krauss-Müller and her son, who is also a veterinarian, accompanied us during our dog's final days. The vet went to great lengths to try to achieve pain relief through medication, perhaps giving her a few more months or weeks of quality of life. When that wasn't possible, her son came to our house on a Saturday following a last-minute phone call to euthanize the animal. Although we had to explain right at the beginning of treatment that we currently have painfully limited financial resources, Dr. Krauss-Müller was fully committed to helping as best as she could. We certainly posed a challenge to the practice's schedule, because so much happened so quickly, and everything felt like a single emergency to us anyway. Nevertheless, we never felt unwelcome. Perhaps the most important point is that we felt well supported in our final decision. The doctor didn't actively influence us in either direction, but she did let us know how she sets her own priorities in such matters. She didn't spare us or pressure us, but she did provide guidance. I sincerely hope we did it right in the end. In any case, the visit by Dr. Krauss-Müller's son was quick, uncomplicated, and clearly completely painless for the animal. The latter is especially important and unfortunately cannot be taken for granted. We express our sincere gratitude and will recommend the practice without question.

For over 40 years, I have taken my beloved pets to Dr. Kraus-Müller and her colleagues, and I can wholeheartedly recommend them. Whether it was my cats or my dogs, we always received extremely competent help with great love and compassion, far exceeding expectations and whenever necessary. For this, we offer our heartfelt thanks and will always remain loyal to Dr. Kraus-Müller and Dr. Müller-Kolb!

We have been taking our animals to this veterinary practice for a long time and we are very satisfied! Always quick and competent help, even on weekends and in emergencies for our little Maltese dog Luna and for my two chubby guinea pigs.
