Nice Dr. They are so kind. Recommended :)
The best vet in Pforzheim!!! Our animals loved him and his team. Our cat was very anxious around vets, but with his team, he stayed on the table without being restrained and patiently endured the treatments. Thank you for the wonderful time we had with you. Unfortunately, we have to leave the team due to a move. Best regards, the Kamm family
My senior cat has routine kidney check-ups every six months. During the last visit, a physical examination and blood test were performed. The vet said he could not feel anything abnormal during the examination but later mentioned there were some concerning blood test results. Unfortunately, despite calling the practice more than three times, I was never able to discuss the results. Each time I was told the vet would call me back, but I never received a call or the requested email. Three weeks later, my cat developed blood in her urine. At another clinic, the vet immediately detected a mass during the physical examination, and an ultrasound confirmed a large kidney tumor!!!
I've only been coming to this practice since the end of 2024, after my cat Balu wasn't treated properly elsewhere. Dr. Nowakowski did everything he could to help me and Balu, but unfortunately, he still passed away from a serious illness. Since then, I've been taking my other cats to him and am extremely happy with his care.
The euthanasia of our dog was very abrupt and emotionally difficult to process. From my personal perspective, there was a lack of explanation, time for a peaceful farewell, and empathetic support during this time. Sadly, I will never get that final goodbye again.
