Reviews
Excellent, competent, and friendly advice, support, and above all, a top-notch team. Thank you, says Hera.
It's debatable whether to give two or three stars. We went there three times within three days with our cat, who already had slightly yellowish eyes. They did a quick blood count, gave her two IV drips, and did a few other minor things. On the third day, she was so ill that we called the emergency service. They asked why they hadn't done a full blood count to determine what was wrong, and that this should have been done much sooner (we were supposed to wait five days for the blood count). We saw three different doctors who made the wrong diagnosis on every visit and didn't react quickly enough. It seemed to us that the treatment was just being dragged out to make as much money as possible. On the fourth day, our cat was so ill that she had to be put down. If we'd had the results earlier, we might have been able to react, but unfortunately, due to misdiagnosis and delays, it was impossible to react. When the lab results came back the next day, it was still not clear what the problem was. Unfortunately, the treatment was too standardized and not consistent enough.
We can't comment on the veterinarians! This only refers to the woman on the phone. When I call to report my cat as an emergency (a hole in her cornea), already fighting back tears, and then get a laugh from the other end of the line saying, "Yes, you'll have to go to an eye clinic," then that's definitely not in my pet's best interest! Absolutely appalling. No one was asking too much; a quick look, a neck brace to keep the eye clean, and then further treatment at an eye clinic should definitely not have been a problem! Thanks for absolutely nothing! According to other reviews, the problem seems to be with cats? Lack of competence? Lack of communication? Lack of empathy? We don't know, but we are simply disappointed.
