Hi, I would start this out by saying that the overall Star grade should be 4 1/2 instead of just 4. Now for my explanation , the Office has a couple of people inside of it that doesn’t move around quickly but all the staff are friendly and kind. But to me, where they do deserving is the knowledge and expertise they possess. The head Doctor is Awesome.

Excellent Dental Specialist! I cannot recommend Dr. Schwaab and his team highly enough. Finding a highly specialized dental veterinarian in Germany who speaks fluent English is almost impossible, but Dr. Schwaab made the entire process seamless. My 7-year-old cat, had crown fractures in his upper canines (fangs), and Dr. Schwaab performed a flawless surgical extraction. He uses the absolute gold standard of care: digital dental X-rays (before and after to ensure 'one and done' results) and safe inhalation anesthesia with professional monitoring. Beyond the extractions, he performed a full dental cleaning and meticulously checked every other tooth. Dr. Schwaab took a great deal of time to explain the anatomy and the procedure in detail, showing true medical ethics and honesty. The practice is modern, the staff is incredibly professional and super nice, and I felt completely confident leaving my cat in their hands.

I'm thrilled! I visited the urgent care clinic and felt very well cared for from the start. The entire team was exceptionally friendly and empathetic. The veterinarian was extremely competent and took plenty of time for my pet. My rabbit was treated with great love and care, which is especially important to me. Both my pet and I felt completely at ease. I've found my new vet – this practice is also the very best for my dog. Many thanks to the entire team for the outstanding care!

My cat Susi was treated at the practice. I encountered a warm, highly competent, and compassionate team of doctors and veterinary assistants.
