I am completely satisfied with this veterinary practice. All the staff are incredibly friendly, and you immediately feel well cared for. I was particularly impressed by how quickly you can get an appointment in emergencies, which is a real comfort in stressful situations. The consultations are always competent and easy to understand; they take the time to answer questions and explain everything thoroughly. I would especially like to commend the veterinary assistants, whose friendly, empathetic, and professional manner makes a huge difference. You can tell they work with heart. A practice I can definitely recommend!

Very expensive place first of all. But the worst thing is they need to learn a lot, were not able to find the reason for my dog being paralyzed after a tick bit. After few visits there (costs for everything incl. Injections and blood tests ( more than one week waiting for results!!!!!!!!) were ca. 650 €) I was ready to put the dog to sleep. Because they told me maybe it will be better or to spend next hundreds of € for animal neurologist visit. Few vets am Kuhberg (three of them were involved) were not able to help with right medicine. But I decided to try one more time, I jumped into my car and went for the weekend abroad at the same day. I found a good vet outside Germany. After a short examination, he knew immediately that this wasn't what the Germans thought. He immediately changed the medication. He was a normal local vet but his profession reguires also some neurologic knowledge (maybe the German system is not ready yet). The next day, the dog began walking slowly, and after a few days, the dog was no longer falling down. Is still alive today, even though many months have passed. Of course the dog needs to take medicine every day, but it is still alive and will celebrate its 15 years soon! I thank God I didn't decide to euthanize him at that German clinic. It was close, but fortunately, I changed location. Maybe there are good in cats (I have seen there mainly cats patients ), but with dogs...... No more comments. My opinion is late, after nearly one year of being there last time , but I needed to express it now, seeing my dog happy running around Christmas tree. All the best.
