Keep my best friend Healthy and well
Things were perfectly fine with Mr. Missel. The assistants are incredibly nice and friendly. And I can only speak for my experience with guinea pigs. But I had a very negative experience with my guinea pig at Mr. Buschmann's vet, which the other vets just shook their heads at. One of my guinea pigs had an eye problem. Mr. Buschmann gave it a dewormer. He also overlooked the fact that its teeth were a major problem due to a hereditary disease (OD), even though he administered it orally. And then he gave me the tube of medication, which even the experts couldn't believe. He claimed my guinea pig had myxomatosis, which guinea pigs can't even get. Then, according to him, it was suddenly toxoplasmosis. It had gotten something in its eye, as I suspected, and I only wanted eye ointment! And then there was the hereditary disease osteodystrophy, which was already very noticeable in its teeth at that time. The other vet we saw shortly afterward noticed it immediately. Because of the disease, we visit vets a lot. And I much prefer driving several kilometers further and for a longer distance, for example to the next town, where I am extremely satisfied with the treatment. I am also very impressed by how lovingly and gently my guinea pigs are handled. This is something I have had completely different experiences with here with Mr. Buschmann.
From the very first moment, we felt very comfortable, at ease, and in good hands. Mr. Buschmann and his team are highly competent, sensitive, and empathetic. Yesterday, we took our husky, Pascha, there for an operation. As always, everything was relaxed and harmonious. Our Pascha trusts him and his team completely. Today he's already doing remarkably well. Even yesterday, he was calm and content. We are overjoyed and incredibly grateful that Mr. Buschmann and his team exist. We hope we can continue going there for a long time to come and highly recommend that any pet owner who loves their animal and wants to know it's in good hands visit Mr. Buschmann and his team in Lonsee. Greetings from Manuela, Markus, and of course, Pascha!
We visited with our two cats and were thrilled by the empathy, skill, and excellent care. We look forward to our next visit. Thank you so much! Best regards, Joachim and Sophie
