We are very pleased with the treatment our dachshund received. The veterinarians and assistants are incredibly friendly and competent. The post-operative care was carried out very thoroughly after our dachshund swallowed a peach pit, which had to be surgically removed from his intestines. We were always able to drop in spontaneously if any problems arose. We thank the entire team for their dedication and patience with our Wastl.
A truly fantastic practice. It's not our usual vet, but we went there because no one had really taken us seriously before. This practice, however, did. They asked very detailed questions about our cat's symptoms, explored various theories, and conducted several tests. They showed genuine interest and made it clear that they wouldn't stop searching until we found out what was wrong with our cat. Getting an appointment was incredibly quick, the staff were absolutely lovely, and we were seen very promptly at the appointment itself. We are extremely satisfied! We felt very well cared for and are happy to finally have someone who takes us and our animals seriously.
I took my cat to the vet last week and I was really impressed by how welcoming the staff were. My cat was allowed to roam freely in the treatment room and was treated with great care. I found the trainee (S.V., I think?) particularly friendly and warm. It was wonderful to be treated so kindly. Thank you!
