This practice and the so-called veterinarian are the absolute worst. First, you see an aquarium covered in filth, and you have to wonder where the supposed love for animals is, as stated on her business card. The examination room is a complete mess. My dog ​​couldn't stand up straight on one of her hind paws, so I wanted to take her there. The first question was, "Did you call ahead?" I said no, as I didn't know I needed an appointment. I was told I'd have to wait; she didn't have time right now, and she calmly moved boxes around. Incidentally, I was the only "patient." After some time, we were allowed in. My dog, who could barely stand, collapsed several times on the wet linoleum. The vet immediately became rude and told me to bring the dog in. She's a husky and, of course, weighs accordingly. She's very sweet and calm by nature and, despite being 13 years old, very affectionate. However, she was so scared here that she defecated, much to the vet's displeasure, who then became incredibly rude. After the x-ray, she was stumped and said it could be four different things and that I should see a specialist. What kind of specialist is she then? I paid a lot for what, I don't know, and was just glad to get out of that practice. Definitely not recommended. If you love your pet, go somewhere else, even if it's a few kilometers further.
