Dr Müller is a super veterinarian with a fantastic way with all animals, we are delighted that she looks after our animals.
This was our first visit to the vet with our anxious dog. The spacious rooms gave us plenty of room to comfortably wait. The practice team and Ms. Müller were very friendly and professional, and very gentle with our furry friend. Even the vaccination went smoothly. We were able to ask all our questions and received thorough answers. Many thanks to the practice and Ms. Müller!
Not recommended! Our dog suffered greatly and almost died because she treated him incorrectly. If your pet is in a serious situation, you're better off going somewhere else! Furthermore, our concerns weren't taken seriously at all; instead, she downplayed and even ridiculed them. It was a complete mistake to go to this practice.
Two months ago, we had to have our cat euthanized at the Nuremberg veterinary clinic due to advanced cancer because Dr. Müller failed to recognize the disease at the end of January. She had to remove one of our cat's eyes. This was completely unnecessary; she should have recognized that the animal was riddled with metastases and had a huge tumor in her abdomen. The veterinarians at the clinic were stunned. How could anyone perform surgery on such a seriously ill animal? They said that cancer like this doesn't develop overnight; it was already present in January. She should have recognized it and euthanized the animal immediately. But they preferred to collect €500 for an operation that did the animal absolutely no good. The veterinary clinic said that under these circumstances, it was a miracle the animal even woke up from the anesthesia after the surgery.
