The visits are always very friendly, informative, and highly competent, without any unnecessary fuss. (They really take their time.) If we can't reach someone by phone right away, they always call us back very promptly (the same day) and we get an appointment without any hassle. Our cats are very well cared for, and that's why we feel so comfortable there. Thank you.
