A truly wonderful veterinary practice! My cat Odin used to be a stray, but due to an accident or illness, he became completely blind and later developed glaucoma. Because this caused him chronic pain, his eyes were removed here, and I simply have to say how incredibly kind and competent the vets and the entire team are. They were incredibly friendly and helpful. When I was worried because there was a lot of fluid coming from his eyes, I was able to come in quickly the same day so they could take a look. The vets also take their time; you can ask anything, everything is explained very thoroughly, and they really listen, which I appreciated so much. Odin felt so comfortable there, and I can see how much better he is now. He's become so much more energetic and affectionate! 🤗 So, a huge thank you to the entire team! 🫶🏽
If I could give 10 stars in this review, I would give them to Dr. Gröschl. She's an extremely competent and empathetic veterinarian who also cares for the sometimes devastated two-legged patients. Dr. Gröschl is simply fantastic.
We regularly took our senior cat, Loki, to Dr. Gröschl and her team, and we can wholeheartedly recommend their practice. The entire team always treated our pet with such loving care, unlike anything I've experienced at any other veterinary practice. We and he always felt completely comfortable and well cared for! Unfortunately, Loki has since lost his battle with his tumor, but we will definitely return here with any future cats. Thank you so much for everything!
