We absolutely recommend them 1000%! Super friendly and incredibly helpful, and the price-performance ratio is excellent. They are also very competent. The practice is good, the vets are great. However, you absolutely must get a cost estimate beforehand. My cat's neutering cost almost €300. You only get your pet back after using your debit card. Aftercare and stitch removal are not included. The agreed price was €170.

We are very satisfied with the veterinary care – especially with Dr. Behrendts. We always feel well looked after and receive competent advice from both our alpacas and our dachshund, Selma. However, we would like to make one small suggestion for improvement: The notice that appointments are by appointment only is unfortunately difficult to find on the website. No one would look for it in the imprint. A clear notice directly below the opening hours would be much more helpful. Yesterday, we took our dog, Selma, to the practice without an appointment and had to pay an additional flat rate of €53.35 plus VAT. The invoice stated: "Urgent services that significantly disrupt practice operations." We found this wording somewhat unfortunate – it quickly comes across as negative, almost as if you were a "troublemaker." A neutral term like "Flat rate for treatment without an appointment" would better reflect the situation and be more appreciative. We also find the fee quite steep – but we were happy to pay it, as we are highly satisfied with the overall care and advice. We will continue to visit the practice with confidence in the future – next time with an appointment and without being a nuisance. 😊
