Some employees are strange and unfriendly...

The practice is good, the vets are great. However, you absolutely must get a cost estimate beforehand. My cat's neutering cost almost €300. You only get your pet back after using your debit card. Aftercare and stitch removal are not included. The agreed price was €170.
I am absolutely stunned and disappointed by this veterinarian. Our pony was examined and supposedly given a thorough check-up, yet a severe case of pneumonia was completely overlooked. Another veterinarian made the diagnosis later, but by then it was unfortunately too late. The lungs had already collapsed, and our pony died. How can something like that be missed? To me, it's simply irresponsible and demonstrates a lack of care and competence. What makes me even angrier is that the bill arrived immediately, without any delay. I'm still waiting for the promised callback from the veterinarian – no response whatsoever. Therefore, I haven't paid it yet. And then, bam, a payment reminder arrives, but making a phone call is apparently too much to ask. After three months, no one needs to call me anymore! The whole thing is an absolute disgrace.
We absolutely recommend them 1000%! Super friendly and incredibly helpful, and the price-performance ratio is excellent. They are also very competent. Our dogs Lena 🐕 and Boxa 🐕 are in the best hands here, just like our previous dogs Sissi 🐕 and Harry 🐕. Many thanks also for your help with the found furry friend 😺. Warmest regards, Nicole and Markus Hagedorn with Lena 🐕 and Boxa 🐕
