Highly recommended! While I can't say my dog enjoys going, he does go, which is a complete turnaround. He's a very difficult patient, and I'm not exactly easy myself, yet here he isn't labeled an "aggressive problem dog," as he was at one of the four other practices I visited with him once or three times. They do everything humanly possible to keep the stress level for both patient and owner as low as possible. I was there a few days ago, and even after a long, busy, and presumably very demanding day, I was greeted with great patience and genuine friendliness. Not for a second did I feel like I was being treated as a nuisance, causing yet another hour of overtime. The current trainee is particularly impressive, with her composure and proactive approach when necessary, without being rough with the animal or arrogant towards colleagues and pet owners. I find that truly remarkable. Nothing seems to faze them here, and they pay attention to every tiny detail. The entire team is empathetic and dedicated. My cat, who—being the expert she is—managed to pull out every single stitch after her spaying, was always handled very carefully and thoughtfully by Ms. Schaper and, during one appointment, by Ms. Schröder as well. The quiet location, away from traffic noise, is invaluable. It's ideal for a dog who gets very stressed by too much commotion, even in normal everyday situations.

I'm very disappointed with the veterinary practice. I went there this morning to get a second opinion before having my dog euthanized. I was only in there for about 10 minutes, and there was no treatment, nothing. I asked if I had to pay, and it saddened me that they said yes.

I'm very happy with this group practice and have been going there for several years. My dog is from Romania and is quite anxious at times. Dr. Schaper handles this very well and is excellent with her. I had a different experience at another practice when I first got her. The receptionists are always very friendly, too. Keep up the good work!

We've been taking our dog and cats to this practice for a long time and have always been very satisfied. We've never felt that examinations or follow-up care are done half-heartedly. Decisions and treatments are always made and carried out according to the best judgment of the animal, without unnecessary stress, panic, or additional tests that ultimately do more harm than good. That's precisely what we appreciate so much: animals aren't subjected to endless or excessive procedures here that they simply can't understand. We can't explain to them that all of this is "for their own good." And perhaps we should realize that you can't apply human standards to animals – what's important is that they receive the help they need with as little stress as possible.

I've been going there for several years with my two dogs, we've always felt very well looked after and of course we hope it stays that way – a really great team!!
