Dr. Schwarz is the worst veterinarian ever!!! Through her negligent actions, she crippled my cat. And she just sent us on our way! Because she refused to treat the animal with medication. She simply refused to give us a "no" to a request and a fair suggestion. This woman is absolutely appalling. Cats should definitely not be entrusted to her. There is ample photographic evidence, and the cat was moving around well beforehand. We carried him out and gave him Valium. She didn't even call us in to calm him down. She made him hyperventilate by having three of them (her two sisters) press down on the X-ray table. Eventually, he couldn't resist anymore and his body tensed up. This woman, whom I cannot call a doctor, coldly rushed him into the clinic with Valium and sent us there. For this shoddy service, she charged us €360 and incurred further high costs at the clinic. This was incredibly stressful for us and our pet. The next day, I went back to her hoping to at least get some pain medication. She wouldn't give me anything. This woman should have her medical license revoked. She has absolutely no empathy for animals—she's only in it for the money. It's truly disgusting. We deeply regret going to her. It was supposed to be a simple check-up. Now, in the comments, she's patheticly denying everything to keep her clients coming back. And yes, for her, they're not patients, they're customers!

Absolutely satisfied for 2 years / Competent help in emergencies I simply cannot understand the many negative reviews here. We've been taking our dogs to this practice for two years and have had nothing but positive experiences. I especially appreciate that the veterinarians always take their time, explain everything thoroughly, and that the reception team remains calm even under the greatest stress, and that you can always ask questions. Yes, there may be some weaknesses, but that makes it more humane, and it just shows that no animal is treated like an assembly line here. P.S. Regarding complaints about high prices: The prices are transparent. Everyone has the freedom to learn about the fee schedule and discuss a cost estimate. • This practice could charge more for its services, which is what absolutely convinced us about the practice and its dedication to animal welfare. Up until today, I was actually very satisfied with the practice, but what the doctor did today was outrageous. My husband politely inquired about the cost of an X-ray and, due to uncertainty about whether the examination was necessary, called the practice twice, politely requesting an approximate cost estimate. Today, we found an extremely condescending, rude, arrogant, and unacceptable message on our answering machine: "She has better things to do than deal with my husband's question and would refuse the examination." But there are also employees who could check the costs, right? Dear medical practice, we don't need you, but you do need satisfied patients, don't you? I have a mixed-breed dog, now 16 years old, and I live in Eitorf. We've been going to this practice for almost 15 years. The entire team is exceptionally friendly, competent, and empathetic – both in their interactions with the animals and their owners. You feel well cared for as soon as you walk in. Dr. Fricke is my dog ​​Cira's regular veterinarian, and she takes her time, listens to her, and explains everything clearly. The treatments are always professional and thorough, and if treatment options are no longer available, a referral to a specialist clinic is made immediately. I find it particularly impressive that the animal's well-being is truly the priority here, not the financial aspect. Even in emergencies, I've received quick and uncomplicated help, even on weekends! The practice is modern, clean, and very well organized. Appointments are kept punctually, and the team is always incredibly helpful and patient. I can wholeheartedly recommend this veterinary practice – everything about it is just perfect! 🐾💚

You're always greeted warmly, the atmosphere is calm and loving – and you immediately sense that the animals' well-being is truly their top priority. Dr. Fricke-Schwarz and her team take their time, explain everything clearly, and treat each animal with great care and expertise. The three veterinary assistants are also always very kind, helpful, and courteous. When you called, you could get an appointment quickly and be seen immediately – no long waiting times, simply fantastic! I always felt I was in excellent hands there – both during the happy moments and the difficult ones. Thank you for the years of trustworthy care and loving support right up to the end.
