If you always pay your bill and are a regular there, whether with puppies or my other dogs of different sizes, and then can't pay even once, you immediately receive a reminder and are treated rudely... 2. Two of my puppies had a cough that wouldn't go away. I went several times, but nothing changed. At another vet, they would have diagnosed lungworms. The second puppy is still coughing even though it was apparently treated twice. 3. After taking a medication, my two larger dogs had problems. The female developed a rash, and the male had a full-body rash on his neck! What a fan there, and they said I should come even though the feeding hadn't changed, always the same. Problems started immediately after the medication... I had to pay for it, of course, and I always did. Now I'm in trouble for once, and the doctor, well, he won't agree to anything... and on top of that, he lies about not having arranged a payment plan with me over the phone, even though four people heard him! Various pieces of equipment are also missing. For example, I was supposed to have an eye test done for miniature bulldogs, but they couldn't do it...
She is also covered in wounds after the treatment at this veterinary clinic. I cannot recommend this veterinary office.
Top-notch practice, always there when an animal is in need, everyone incredibly helpful and friendly.
I needed telephone advice and was charged €84.86 for perhaps a 5-minute conversation. In my opinion, that's outrageous – charging such a sum for doing nothing. I will never use this practice again. I strongly advise everyone else to avoid this practice, which rips people off.
Very friendly, uncomplicated, and competent veterinarians. Treatments are explained, no unnecessary therapies are offered, and the prices are more than fair. I always feel safe and well cared for by Dr. Franz Depfenhart with my animals, especially my broodmares and foals, but also my dogs!
