She is always very friendly, takes her time to explain everything, and treats my dog ​​with loving care. Her assistant is also extremely kind and helpful. I have two "problem" cats and visit Ms. Kneer quite regularly. I like her approach! She's always honest, even if the news isn't always good. I've never been talked into anything or felt like I was being under- or over-treated. She's exactly the right vet for me!
