Our dog had to be euthanized on January 27, 2026, and I was so happy that it happened at home. A huge thank you to the whole team! No matter what was wrong with my dog, we were always in very good hands there over the past 13 years. Thank you, thank you, thank you! 🥰

1 Star Unfortunately, we absolutely cannot recommend this veterinary practice. We've taken two of our dogs there and repeatedly felt that their complaints weren't taken seriously enough and weren't properly assessed. Our six-month-old dog is currently in intensive care. We took him to the practice because of his left leg, as something was clearly wrong. Despite his symptoms, we were repeatedly put off, given painkillers, and, in our opinion, not given sufficient diagnostic tests. A promised callback never came. Instead, diagnoses were made that, in retrospect, turned out to be incorrect. This morning, we had to take our dog to the emergency veterinary hospital. There, a serious problem was discovered, including a hematoma or severe inflammation on his leg. Our dog was in critical condition. We can't understand how it could have come to this, especially since we had been to the vet just the day before. ' ... The service was very disappointing for us: poor accessibility, no reliable feedback, high costs, and ultimately the feeling that our dog wasn't treated properly. There may be some competent individuals there, but overall, we didn't feel our animals were in good hands. We would like to explicitly warn other pet owners: Please get a second opinion early on if your pet has serious symptoms, or go directly to an animal hospital. In our case, this could have saved our dog a lot of suffering.
