Reviews
So, I can only give the best review... especially when you find yourself in an acute emergency situation with your pet on a Saturday morning! Empathetic to the pet owner's needs, a great, dedicated, and friendly doctor and staff!
I took my little Yorkshire Terrier, Nelly, to the veterinary practice for five years. Nelly and I always received excellent care. Everyone was very friendly and understanding. Sadly, Nelly passed away at the age of 18. Dr. Schade provided me with compassionate, empathetic, and expert support. Thank you to the entire practice team for the wonderful cooperation over all these years.
A very nice team, but unfortunately, I can't think of anything else positive to say. My cat even jumped off the table and pulled off a toenail. At 18 years old and with water in his lungs. He was such a sweet and clever cat, totally sweet, and all my other cats still miss him. Since he died, none of the four of them really wants to play. He was actually the boss and the play cat. I would never have believed it. I wanted to take him to the clinic in Bramsche, but they simply didn't respond, and in the end, his actual vet, who is very sensitive to cats and very competent, put him down on a Monday morning at 8:15 a.m. He couldn't tolerate the medication because of the dehydration and was constipated. They were literally sloshing around in his intestines. Horrible and almost unbearable for him, otherwise he wouldn't be so crazy, people! When he got home he didn't eat anything at all and was just panting for air.
Simply embarrassing. They also do hoof care, just keep your hands off it. The hoof trimmer only talks about his hoof condition and how he can do everything better. He literally cut two of my cows to pieces. I complained about it the next day. My vet treated them immediately to save them both. They were then taken to the slaughterhouse. I complained, but no response. After half a year, I wanted to report the practice to the insurance company. The insurance company rejected it because the cows have to be slaughtered immediately and not after 14 days. Now the practice wants nothing more to do with me; after 10 emails, they've rejected everything. Simply embarrassing.
We are very satisfied with the service and the quality of treatment! And not just us: our dog has been a "customer" for a year and a half and is always thrilled when we come by! The staff are truly very fond of animals and empathetic; otherwise, our furry friend would react very differently... Keep up the good work!
