He was available for any emergency – no matter when – always friendly and competent. The prices are fair and transparent, and he handles the animal wonderfully. Our dog has always received excellent and competent treatment from him. We are very grateful for his years of care and availability.

I made an appointment with him for our cat. I noticed his unfriendly and brusque manner right away. Over the weekend, we reconsidered whether this might affect our pet's treatment… Today I canceled the appointment… The reaction was even more unfriendly and brusque. He said, "Why?! So you're going to another vet then?! All this back and forth about the appointment could have been avoided!" All I can say is, I could have avoided the whole thing…

We were in the waiting room for over an hour, and then they told us we should have called ahead. I guess he's the only person in the world who does everything right. That was my last vet visit. I'd rather drive anywhere for 45 minutes than get advice from him again. It's outrageous.
