I got an appointment very quickly, even though I'd never been there before. All the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. There were many dogs in the waiting room, and they immediately offered to let my cat wait in a quiet room. I thought that was great. The wait time was also good, under 30 minutes. Even when I called with questions, they were quick to help, and once the doctor himself answered the phone after only a minute. Top practice! 👍🏻

We feel incredibly well cared for here. The entire team is always friendly, calm, and warm – you can tell that animals here aren't just "patients," but (little) individuals. The way my animals were treated was always loving, patient, and respectful. Even during a very difficult time, filled with grief, we received compassionate support. Time was taken to explain everything, and space was given for our emotions. It's precisely in moments like these that you see how special a practice is – and here, the people truly have heart. I am so grateful for that. 🤍

I wholeheartedly recommend this veterinary practice to every pet owner. My very anxious dog and I received absolutely understanding, competent, and incredibly empathetic care. The entire practice team is always friendly and clearly puts their heart into it. Even giving my dog ​​an injection in the parking lot was no problem for Dr. Hayer, to spare her the stress of going inside the practice. They make every effort to accommodate her needs. 🙏 Dr. Hayer and his wife, Dr. Mayer, and the entire team are professional, competent, and incredibly kind. In my opinion, they complement each other perfectly. The atmosphere is always pleasant and calming. This practice was and remains a real stroke of luck for us, and I am incredibly grateful. 🍀
