Best care
We took our animals to Dr. Heyer for many years and spent a considerable amount of money there. When it came to our 14-year-old Labrador, we decided we no longer wanted to subject him to the extensive treatments due to his age, as we know our own pets best. From that moment on, Dr. Heyer's behavior changed completely. I was shocked by his rude and arrogant manner. Since then, this doctor ignores anyone who greets him. We will never go to that practice again.
We feel incredibly well cared for here. The entire team is always friendly, calm, and warm – you can tell that animals here aren't just "patients," but (little) individuals. The way my animals were treated was always loving, patient, and respectful. Even during a very difficult time, filled with grief, we received compassionate support. Time was taken to explain everything, and space was given for our emotions. It's precisely in moments like these that you see how special a practice is – and here, the people truly have heart.
