Reviews
I've been going to this practice for, I think, 20 years, and have never had any problems with any animal; they've always been able to help.
A very kind and empathetic veterinarian. We will gladly come again.
I got an appointment very quickly and hardly had to wait at all. The entire team is incredibly friendly – especially the veterinary assistants, who are super nice and helpful. Dr. Schütz is a very competent and empathetic veterinarian who takes her time and explains everything clearly. I felt completely comfortable and well cared for with my pet. Highly recommended! 🐾
He's a great vet, but unfortunately there's also a downside. Five months ago, I had to take my rabbit to the vet because he had a parasite, and I had to wait two to three hours because they were only accepting appointments, which I hadn't realized. Since it was a Monday, I had to completely forget about my hobby that day because I had to wait there for two to three hours. On top of that, the chairs were uncomfortable.
If I were to write honest words here, it would have legal repercussions for me!!! On February 8, 2022, we took our cat to the vet because of persistent vomiting. She received an injection for nausea and a physical examination. The physical examination plays a significant role here!!!!! After another week, she vomited again. Another visit to the same veterinary practice. Another injection for nausea! Another physical examination! As before. When we asked if they could take a blood sample, they replied that the cat was young and therefore unnecessary. She had gastritis. We were then given medication to take at home. Several more days passed, and the vomiting worsened. So I went to the animal hospital. There, the vet examined our cat. After about 5 minutes, I, as a layperson, noticed that something was wrong. The vet then said they would like to take an X-ray; they had a suspicion. Ten minutes passed, our little one returned with the vet, and I was shown a photo where even I, as a layperson, could see that something definitely didn't belong. Since the cat was naturally very weak after 20 days of vomiting, blood was drawn, examined, and surgery was scheduled for the next morning. The abdominal wall and intestines had to be opened, and a foreign object about the size of a thumb had to be removed. From the initial diagnosis until now, six vets have examined this cat, all of whom have confirmed that this object must have been felt by Ms. A.S. Our little one is now fighting for her life because this intestinal blockage prevented her from functioning. This constitutes a grossly negligent and confirmed error on the part of Ms. A.S. The veterinary association and other relevant authorities have been notified with the assistance of the clinic. Stay away from this practice.
