Caution! Absolute rip-off... A brief, symptom-based examination and injection, 10 minutes of work! They charged double the full bill due to difficult conditions (waiting 2-3 minutes until the pony was haltered, and the pony pushed gently during the examination). You shouldn't work with animals like that!!! Invoice attached; please note the travel allowance for 34.5 km. The visit took place during the week at 2:00 p.m. Communication and agreement not possible, a disgrace!

Ms. Jessat is easy to reach, and if she can't, she gets back to you immediately. She takes plenty of time to advise and explain everything. During procedures, she is confident and calming to the animals. I feel I'm in the best hands with her. Simply wonderful.
