Excellent emergency assistance – highly recommended! We had to bring our dog Jasko to the veterinary clinic this morning (June 6, 2026) as an emergency. We called yesterday afternoon and were able to get an appointment for today. Since our dog isn't the easiest to handle, they were incredibly considerate of us. We were allowed to wait outside and were given a pager. This took a lot of stress out of the situation! The veterinarian, Dr. Schönfelder, was simply fantastic. She was very competent and wasn't at all hesitant to treat Jasko. She listened attentively, asked the right questions, and gave us excellent advice. She also explained the alternative treatment options to us. The veterinary assistant was also friendly and respectful. Thank you so much for the wonderful help!

My dog ​​Cookie received wonderful care from Ms. Schönfelder. She looked after her with great care and genuine interest. My concerns and worries were taken seriously. It was well past 6 pm, and yet she still received the veterinary attention she needed. I'm so happy with this amazing team. You can tell they're dedicated. I'm so glad her care is secure. We were there yesterday with our 11-year-old Flecki. The nurses are lovely, and the doctor is very competent. He has a bladder infection. He received two injections and antibiotics. He's already feeling much, much better just a day later. Thank you so much! We want to keep some of our rabbit stew for a while longer, so we'll always go here from now on. You guys are great. Hello. We visited your veterinary practice today, and she was incredibly kind and helpful. The examination rooms are also beautifully decorated and very colorful. However, the wait was very long, over an hour, and there were about three people ahead of us. The receptionist also seemed very stressed. But I must say, it was a wonderful feeling to be welcomed into such a wonderful practice. Thank you! 😀 I'm deducting one star because of the long wait.
