Reviews
Very nice practice. I took my horse there for a bronchoscopy. Everything was explained very well and I felt I was in good hands.
Super!
The team there is simply outstanding! Everyone is incredibly kind and helpful, and they always give their best! They also cover weekends as best as possible, making them one of the few remaining emergency services.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this practice. The diagnosis was inadequate in our opinion – a second opinion confirmed this. I am also particularly critical of how our complaint was handled (we had to send an email because telephone contact was simply not possible, and there was no callback despite repeated requests): Instead of contacting us directly, our email was discussed with third parties, which we consider highly unprofessional (we received this information from our acquaintances). Anyone who values respectful, responsible, and data-protection-compliant treatment of animals and their owners should take this experience into account when making their decision. We have filed a data protection complaint.
Due to EOTRH, my Icelandic gelding had to have six teeth extracted. I felt very well informed and kept up-to-date. He stayed for three days for aftercare, and I received regular updates on his condition during that time. Visits were possible anytime during the day. Moreover, my horse came through the whole ordeal very well, which is the most important thing. Thank you for the excellent all-around service!
