Worst, least professional vet service ever, the vet did not press out the air before vaccinating my cat, the assistant even warned him, hence my cat got sick and had to be taken to the emergency room the next day (her treatment was 200 EUR). Furthermore, the doctor (a Vet!) was afraid of my cat and didnt not want to take her out of her cage, started to do the regular checkup and vaccination while she was still in her cage...(allegedly he was already beaten that day). I was only allowed to pay with cash, since I didnt have enough money with me, they told me where the closes ATM was. After I refused to walk around with my cat, I was allowed to pay by card the remaining sum. Still no official invoice was given. On top of all there was a long waiting time (2 hrs) and there is no toilet available.

Very good vet clinic, with friendly, caring staff. Prices are reasonable. In case you don't speak German, they speak good English. Recommended to get there ASAP after they open to avoid waiting.

Excellent and kind consultation on the phone about my kitten. Later brought her in for neutering and the Drs were very kind and patient in answering my many questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend this practice!
