From the interns to the veterinarian, everyone was excellent. They cared for us for 12 years until cancer claimed our dog, but we couldn't have asked for a better practice during those 12 years. I made an appointment a week ago for next week, but today I received a call saying they unfortunately had to cancel it because I hadn't been there since 2016 and they weren't accepting new patients (I was living in southern Germany in the meantime, and the dog has long since passed away). It's frustrating; a week wasted with a dog who probably has a heart condition. Unfortunate...
Competent, friendly, well-organized, and our Collie loves it. Training with a puppy is no problem. Safe spaces for cats. Plenty of room to keep your distance. They sell pet food. Easily accessible even after opening hours in case of emergencies. I've been going there for many years, and my friend, who is a veterinarian herself, can also highly recommend it, even though she works in a different field.
