Here you'll find the best veterinarians far and wide!!! We take all three cats and our guinea pigs to Dr. Heim. Both veterinarians are absolutely competent, have a broad range of expertise, and are truly dedicated to their work. Due to a serious illness of our cat, we spent a lot of time at the practice. His chances of survival weren't high. Nevertheless, both veterinarians, with their competence and experience, managed to pull our little guy through. The owners are listened to, the veterinarians take their time, and they explore every possibility to help the animal. The appointment scheduling is absolutely fantastic. There are no long waiting times, but instead, you receive a thorough, calm, and compassionate examination. Plus, you can get an appointment very quickly! The practice is absolutely superbly equipped. All tests can be done on-site. The lab, which handles blood work, etc., is also incredibly fast. We've never had to wait long. The prices are transparent, the communication with pet owners is warm, and you feel very welcome at all times. We will only ever go to this practice from now on. We will not consider using any other veterinarian!

On Saturday, I had to take my little cat to the emergency vet clinic. Even though her condition deteriorated drastically during the drive, and I arrived an hour earlier than scheduled, they took immediate care of her. The vets did everything they could to get my little one healthy again, even though her chances of survival were slim, and they kept her overnight. Her sibling was also examined as a precaution to rule out any possible connection. I was kept informed every step of the way, and everything was explained to me in great detail. I even received a phone update from Dr. Heim on Saturday evening and Sunday morning. Today, Sunday morning, I was able to pick up my little one, happy and healthy. Thank you for not giving up on my little one!

Unfortunately, we've had to take our dogs to Dr. Heim several times. He's currently treating our Pinscher for an inflamed claw. Everyone at the practice is competent, friendly, and punctual.
