Tierarzt Dr. Norbert Hetzmannseder

Sadly, I recently had to say goodbye to my dog, who was almost 14 years old 😓 I was able to come at short notice on Saturday around noon. I felt very well cared for and supported during this exceptional situation. I would gladly come again. Hopefully under better circumstances next time.

I called four veterinarians. It was midday. Three canceled, and one was already retired. Dr. Hetzmannseder was the only one who had time. His colleague then took over, and the birth was able to proceed without a C-section. Thank you so much!

Very nice doctor and assistant. Professional advice and kind to the animals.

The assistant was unfriendly and incompetent, as was the other person I only heard talking in the other room – apparently a doctor, since she made a remote diagnosis of my animal without seeing me and gave me medicine.

Over the past few years, we've come to know and appreciate Ms. Brandstätter (as a replacement for Dr. Hetzmannsder) as a highly competent, personable, and compassionate veterinarian. She has already helped two of our older cats to a pain-free and (even) happier life through successful dental surgeries. We and our cat are very grateful to her...
