We've been taking our dogs to this practice for over ten years and were very satisfied in the past. Unfortunately, things have changed drastically for the worse, especially regarding empathy and friendliness. We had a real emergency with our dog. She had an extremely high fever and was completely unable to travel. She was partially unconscious. When we called the practice, we were very rudely told that they don't make house calls and that we would somehow manage to get the dog into the car. They also said they wouldn't make a diagnosis during a house call. I'm deeply shocked by such a lack of help, empathy, and expertise. A vet who does make house calls saved our dog's life. It's a shame that so much has deteriorated at the Sommer practice after all these years, especially since they used to offer emergency house calls.

We were here for the first time with our Cocker Spaniel, Lilly, because our previous vet retired. We were absolutely thrilled with the welcome we received from Dr. Meissner. She was very attentive to Lilly, so we had a good vaccination. Very friendly. The facilities and the quick access were also perfect for our first impression. Good parking!
