When a beloved pet suddenly falls ill, owners go through emotional hell. I was in exactly that situation when I first brought my cat to the Schwadorf veterinary clinic. But from the very first moment, both my cat and I felt very well cared for. Dr. Nathaniel is not only highly competent and experienced, but also a person with a big heart. You can immediately sense his love for animals and his genuine empathy for their owners. He takes his time, truly listens, and explains everything calmly and clearly – no rushed service, just genuine attention. The clinic is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, and external specialists come in for specific examinations. My cat needed an abdominal ultrasound, which was performed on-site by a specialist. Even though Dr. Nathaniel was out on appointments, he received the results immediately on his mobile phone and called me from his car just a few minutes later to discuss the next steps. You couldn't ask for better service. In general, his phone availability is incredible – whether morning, evening, or weekend – and the fact that he even proactively checks in to see how my furry patient is doing is truly remarkable. And no, I'm not a long-time regular customer, but a brand new one. The reassuring feeling of not being alone with my worries, but knowing the vet is always just a phone call away, is simply priceless. Speaking of (un)priceless: Veterinary visits aren't exactly cheap, but his prices are absolutely fair. I have some insight into drug purchase prices and can say that you really get a good deal with him. You can tell – I'm a fan ;-) But in a society of people who only do their jobs half-heartedly or with the bare minimum of effort, someone like Dr. Nathaniel stands out so brilliantly and simply deserves applause and high regard. I can wholeheartedly recommend the Schwadorf Veterinary Practice. The only thing I truly regret is not having gone there with my animals much earlier.

Dr. Nathaniel is a veterinarian who prioritizes animal welfare over profit. Even though we now live far away, we always go to Dr. Nathaniel for serious matters. We feel well cared for, and it's clear that he is very knowledgeable and experienced.

He's been our vet for all our cats for over 10 years. Always available, always with the right diagnosis and treatment. Plus, a very friendly team, short waiting times, and a calm, empathetic approach to the animals. We feel completely and utterly well cared for – simply perfect! A big thank you from all our cats, too.
